.atmos master files created with Home Theatre Renderer HT v1.72 and earlier should not be edited in Dolby Atmos Renderer v3.2. Editing includes any operation where the user unlocks the file and clicks accept. Doing so can corrupt object id metadata. Master files created with Renderer v1.72 should be first opened with Dolby Atmos Conversion Tool and saved as a new .atmos fileset. This new .atmos fileset can now be edited in Dolby Atmos Renderer v3.2 without issue. Note that this problem is not present with v3.0 and v3.02.
Why is a .atmos master file created with the Home Theater Renderer v1.72 corrupt after editing in the Dolby Atmos Renderer v3.2 Print
